They’ve been assigned a school project to take on an environmental issue and make a difference to a local area. Luckily for us they’ve chosen Okahu Bay/Beach and asked for the support of the club and it’s members! \nCome down and give them a hand before Akarana Series racing on Sunday the 5th of November. We’ll have a pre-racing sausage sizzle to fuel up and some prizes to be won for our best rubbish collectors! \nWe’ll be starting from the far end (by Kelly Tarltons) of Okahu Beach at 11am and working out way across the beach and back to the club. With over 280\,000 subscribers on YouTube and 46 million views and counting\, the Parlay crew are no strangers to sharing their stories online\, but now\, they want to share them in person at a special Welcome Home Party here in Orakei\, Auckland. \nYou are invited to join them at Akarana Eatery (overlooking Parlay Revival parked in Orakei Marina) for a cold drink in the sun on Saturday 2nd December. \nDoors open at 3pm\, with Parlay sailing into Okahu Bay soon after.
