DESCRIPTION:Unfortunately\, this event has been postponed – a new date will be advised ASAP.  \nOn Friday the 28th of April Commodore Jason Morgan is hosting a rum tasting in the RAYC Lounge at the Hyundai Marine Sports Centre. \nCome on down and try a selection of six different rums with the choice of three exquisite dinners. \nThe evening will consist of a 6 part rum tasting and presentation\, a beautiful dinner cooked by our amazing events chef\, followed by a chance to mix and mingle with fellow club members and rum lovers. The cash bar will be open during the evening to purchase additional beverages and select rums. \nOption 1: \n\nHoney-glazed sticky pork belly bao bun with coriander\, spring onions and a side of apple slaw salad – 2 buns Vegan Fried Tofu Bao Bun available on request \n\nOption 2: \n\n24 hours beef cheek\, pancetta\, mushroom\, pinot jus with a side of truffle mash potato (NAG)\n\nOption 3: \n\nSouthern supreme chicken burger\, cheddar\, smoked bacon\, caramelised onion\, chipotle aioli\, gourmet bun with fries. Vegan and No Added Gluten available on request\n\nMembers’ Tickets are $75 (membership number required\, proof of membership may be requested). Members are allowed to bring one guest each at the member price. \nNon-Member Tickets are $100 \nAll Tickets must be purchased before 12 pm on the 27th of April so the chef can prepare. \nWe look forward to seeing you all for an awesome night.
