But our culture and responsibilities often are often in the way of our desire of a good dance and the things we need to do. Dancing completely sober is itself a challenge for many of us! \n\n\nThat’s why we are thrilled to offer this season “Rise & Vibe” as a perfect way to start your day and your week\, before going you head to work! \n\n\nImaging spending an hour in your body\, simply moving as you please watching the sun coming up. \n\nMusic has the power to rise our vibration\, to change our mood and to energise us. Also connects and heals our nervous system\, is an opportunity to go deeper into your body and release stress\, tension and find your way into a state of happiness and joy.\n\nLocation: Hyundai Marine Sports Centre\nDate: 26th August 2024\nTime: 6.30am to 7.30am\nPrice: $20 per person\n\n1 hour – divided in 3 parts:\n15 min of warm up\n40 min of incredible music to dance\n10 min at the end to stretch and get ready to start your day and your week with a more positive attitude.
