Our Te Kawau Room is a spacious 360sqm waterfront venue with panoramic harbour and Rangitoto views. Filled with natural light, it features full-height sliding doors opening onto a private balcony.
A versatile blank-canvas space, it suits a wide range of events—from weddings and conferences to gala dinners and celebrations—accommodating up to 450 guests cocktail-style, 350 theatre-style, or 200 banquet.
With built-in bars reflecting the venue’s heritage and integrated audiovisual facilities, the Te Kawau Room offers flexibility, character, and seamless functionality for memorable events.
With Ōrākei Marina and the city lights on one side, and the harbour and Rangitoto on the other, the combined RAYC Rangitoto Room offers stunning views from every angle.
Perfect for theatre-style events up to 150 guests, cocktail functions up to 180, workshops, and social events, the space is flexible and inviting.
A large built-in bar pays homage to the original Royal Akarana Yacht Club, with our team ensuring seamless service throughout. Our in-house AV system, including mobile TVs, allows the room to be easily tailored to your event, with roller blinds available at the Rangitoto end when required.
The Rangitoto Room is a stunning space, perfectly positioned to showcase expansive views across Rangitoto Island and unforgettable sunsets.
An ideal breakout room for larger events in the Te Kawau Room, or a standout standalone venue, this versatile blank canvas adapts effortlessly to conferences, workshops, and evening social events.
It comes complete with an in-room kitchenette, movable LED screens, built-in AV, and high-speed WiFi, delivering a seamless and elevated event experience.
