What an incredible evening!
Our 2026 Wedding Open Evening at Akarana Waterfront brought together an amazing collection of Auckland wedding vendors, beautifully styled spaces, live music, florals, food, inspiration, and hundreds of couples excitedly planning their special day.
Set against panoramic waterfront views across the Waitematā Harbour and Rangitoto Island, guests were able to experience our venue fully transformed for weddings — from romantic ceremony styling through to elegant reception setups and intimate lounge spaces.
The evening was all about showcasing what’s possible when talented creatives come together, and we are so grateful to every vendor who contributed their time, creativity, and passion to make the event such a success.

The spaces throughout the venue were captured beautifully by the incredibly talented Kasia Kolmas, whose imagery perfectly reflects the atmosphere and detail of the evening.
We also had an amazing giveaway package available exclusively for guests who attended the event, and we’re excited to congratulate our wonderful grand prize winners, Narjma and her partner 🎉
