Te Kawau Room

The Te Kawau Room is a stunning, elevated 360sqm venue offering panoramic views across the harbour to Rangitoto. Bathed in natural light, the space features full-width sliding glass doors that open onto a private balcony, perfect for enjoying a gentle sea breeze and the spectacular outlook.

Designed as a true blank canvas, the Te Kawau Room can be configured to suit a wide range of events, from weddings, gala dinners and cocktail receptions to conferences, launches, school balls, and trade shows. The room can accommodate up to 450 guests cocktail-style, 350 theatre-style, or 200 banquet, and can be scaled for more intimate gatherings.

Two built-in bars pay homage to the heritage of the former Royal Akarana Yacht Club, adding character and elegance to the space. The room is also equipped with comprehensive in-house audiovisual facilities, including projectors at either end and in built sound system, ensuring a seamless experience for presentations, speeches, or visual displays.
