While Rise & Vibe will typically take place bright and early on Monday mornings, this one-time Sunday launch is a heartfelt gift to the community — a chance to come together and co-create something extraordinary.

Participants can expect a heart-opening morning experience designed to shake off stress, energise the spirit, and foster deep human connection — all before breakfast. Imagine the sun rising over shimmering water, music pulsing through the air, bare feet moving freely, laughter echoing, and the overwhelming feeling of yes — this is how every week should begin.

After five beautiful pilot sessions last year — filled with glowing feedback, powerful transformations, and contagious smiles — the decision to launch officially was undeniable.
