Hold Policy

• Proposal Requests: We’re happy to hold your preferred date for 48 hours from the time your proposal is sent. Please note this does not guarantee the date is secured. If we do not receive written confirmation within this timeframe, the date will remain open and may be offered to other interested parties.
  If a second enquiry is received during your 48-hour hold, we’ll make every effort to contact you before releasing the date.

• Pencil Holds: Pencil holds (a soft, non-priority hold) are valid for 48 hours. If no further action is taken during that period, the hold will automatically expire without notice.

• Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once we have received a signed agreement and deposit (if applicable). At this stage, your date is secured and removed from availability.
