Akarana at MEETINGS 2026 

On 17–18 June 2026, the Akarana Events Centre team had the pleasure of exhibiting at MEETINGS 2026, New Zealand’s premier business events trade show. Over two exciting days, we connected with event professionals, conference organisers, corporate planners, association representatives, and industry partners from across New Zealand and overseas.

MEETINGS is always a highlight on our calendar, providing a valuable opportunity to showcase what makes Akarana Events Centre a unique destination for conferences, corporate events, gala dinners, meetings, product launches, and private celebrations.

Throughout the event, we enjoyed meeting new faces while reconnecting with valued clients and trusted industry partners. It was fantastic to share everything Akarana Events Centre has to offer—from our stunning waterfront location overlooking the Waitematā Harbour to our versatile event spaces, exceptional catering, and experienced events team.

The event also served as a wonderful reminder of the importance of the relationships we’ve built within the events industry. Delivering exceptional events is never a solo effort, and we’re fortunate to work alongside talented suppliers who consistently help us create memorable experiences for our clients.

A special thank you goes to AV Events, whose team provided outstanding audiovisual support throughout the exhibition, ensuring our stand was equipped with everything we needed to engage visitors professionally and seamlessly. We’d also like to acknowledge Pinnacle Event Styling, who created a stunning backdrop that beautifully showcased the Akarana brand and helped our stand stand out on the exhibition floor. Their creativity and attention to detail transformed our space into a warm and welcoming environment that reflected the quality and style we strive to deliver at every event.

One of the most rewarding aspects of MEETINGS is the opportunity to strengthen existing partnerships while creating new ones. Every conversation sparked fresh ideas, exciting collaborations, and opportunities to work together on future events. Whether it’s an intimate board meeting, a multi-day conference, or a large-scale gala dinner, we believe successful events are built on collaboration, creativity, and trusted partnerships.
