On Friday the 28th of April Commodore Jason Morgan is hosting a rum tasting in the RAYC Lounge at the Hyundai Marine Sports Centre.

Come on down and try a selection of six different rums with the choice of three exquisite dinners.

The evening will consist of a 6 part rum tasting and presentation, a beautiful dinner cooked by our amazing events chef, followed by a chance to mix and mingle with fellow club members and rum lovers. The cash bar will be open during the evening to purchase additional beverages and select rums.

Option 1:

• Honey-glazed sticky pork belly bao bun with coriander, spring onions and a side of apple slaw salad – 2 buns
  Vegan Fried Tofu Bao Bun available on request

Option 2:

• 24 hours beef cheek, pancetta, mushroom, pinot jus with a side of truffle mash potato (NAG)

Option 3:

• Southern supreme chicken burger, cheddar, smoked bacon, caramelised onion, chipotle aioli, gourmet bun with fries. Vegan and No Added Gluten available on request

Members’ Tickets are $75 (membership number required, proof of membership may be requested). Members are allowed to bring one guest each at the member price.

Non-Member Tickets are $100

All Tickets must be purchased before 12 pm on the 27th of April so the chef can prepare.
