Yoga Tribe is working alongside Akarana Events, to offer something special.

We invite you to do something different here at Akarana – where we are excited to bring wellness and health to our community!

We are very aware that many of us love a good dance! But our culture and responsibilities often are often in the way of our desire of a good dance and the things we need to do. Dancing completely sober is itself a challenge for many of us!

That’s why we are thrilled to offer this season “Rise & Vibe” as a perfect way to start your day and your week, before going you head to work!

Imaging spending an hour in your body, simply moving as you please watching the sun coming up.

Music has the power to rise our vibration, to change our mood and to energise us. Also connects and heals our nervous system, is an opportunity to go deeper into your body and release stress, tension and find your way into a state of happiness and joy.

Time: 6.30am to 7.30am

Price: $20 per person

1 hour – divided in 3 parts:
15 min of warm up
40 min of incredible music to dance
10 min at the end to stretch and get ready to start your day and your week with a more positive attitude.
