On Sunday the 7th of May Tamaki Drive will be closed between Ngapipi Road and Long Drive between 7:30 am - 11:30 am. The Royal Akarana Yacht Club will remain open and operational during this time, if you wish to access the club please park on nearby streets and walk down.
The Akarana Series is the summer sailing championship series for club members. Racing in the Akarana Series each fortnight are Flying 15s, M-Class, 18′ Skiffs and 12′ Skiffs.
